Question 1

What does the household workspace keep together?

Accepted Answer

After you sign in, your household workspace keeps household details and task progress together. You can return to the same household record to review the information and see what has been saved or updated.

Question 2

What kinds of household workflows can I track?

Accepted Answer

You can keep general tasks, appointment details, paperwork, bill-comparison requests, meal-planning requests, and travel-planning requests in the household workspace. These records help your household organize details and progress.

Question 3

Which actions are still manual?

Accepted Answer

Saving a meal-planning request stores its dates, household size, and preferences; it does not generate a plan by itself. A separate, owner-started draft action can create a meal plan for review, but it does not place a food order. Kithquill does not contact providers, book or confirm appointments, submit paperwork, or book travel. Appointment and paperwork details are tracked manually, and travel-planning requests only save the details you provide.

Question 4

How does bill comparison and owner review work?

Accepted Answer

The household owner must approve a bill before analysis can begin. After a comparison result is saved, the owner reviews that result and can approve or decline it. Bills can be entered and files attached for household review; Kithquill does not access or contact a provider account.

Question 5

What does the Household Plus price mean?

Accepted Answer

The current pricing configuration labels Household Plus as a proposed sample at $9 USD per month for bill comparison and owner review. This is a sample, not a finalized offer, and listing it does not mean payment or paid access is active. Household tasks remain available without a subscription. The pricing configuration says paid access starts only after checkout verification.

Question 6

Is live service coordination available?

Accepted Answer

No. Live service coordination is unavailable because provider credentials are not connected, there is no supported provider connection flow in the app, and there are no verified provider authorization or activation records. You can still enter bills and attach files for household review. Appointment and paperwork tracking remain manual; providers are not contacted and paperwork is not submitted.
